Carinity is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner who works closely with leaders to address real workforce challenges and build capable teams. This generalist role spans education, disability, community, youth and aged care across dispersed sites.

You will support the employee lifecycle, balance day-to-day advice with workforce planning, coaching, and organisational change while ensuring practical, fair outcomes.

Qualificações

• Tertiary qualification in human resources, employment relations, business or related discipline.
• Generalist HR experience supporting operational leaders across multi-site or dispersed services.
• Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation, modern awards, enterprise agreements.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders on workforce priorities and people challenges.
• Provide practical advice on performance, conduct, attendance and wellbeing.
• Coordinate employee relations case management and investigations.
• Coach leaders through difficult conversations and documentation.
• Interpret awards, agreements and employment policies.
• Use workforce data to identify risks and inform actions.
• Contribute to workforce planning and service improvement.
• Improve HR tools and self-service resources.
