Job summary

CSR Limited is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support NSW Operations across multiple sites, including Wetherill Park and Hebel Somersby. You will provide practical, commercially focused HR advice and partner with leaders to drive workforce performance.

In this hands-on role, you'll manage employee relations, support organisational change and workforce planning while maintaining a strong presence with site leadership and frontline teams across a dispersed NSW network.

Qualifications

• Significant experience as an HR Business Partner within manufacturing environments.
• Strong ER/IR expertise and investigation handling.
• Knowledge of Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards, NES, and Australian employment laws.
• Experience supporting Enterprise Agreement negotiations.
• Proven stakeholder management and change leadership.

Responsibilities

• Partner with operational leaders to provide proactive HR support.
• Lead complex employee and industrial relations matters, including investigations.
• Guide on Enterprise Agreements, Modern Awards and NES.
• Support EA negotiations and bargaining activities.
• Coach leaders to build capability and high-performing teams.
• Support workforce planning and organisational change initiatives.
• Analyse HR metrics to inform data-driven decisions.
• Collaborate with Centres of Excellence and HR teams.
• Maintain strong site presence and trusted relationships with staff.
