Job summary

Michael Page is partnering with a leading Australian education organisation to fill a Senior HR Business Partner role in Parramatta. You will collaborate with school and corporate leaders to shape people strategies, drive workforce planning, and nurture a positive workplace culture across a large network.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
• Experience in a Business Partnering or Senior HR Advisory role.
• Strong employee relations and stakeholder management capability.
• Experience influencing and coaching leaders across complex environments.
• Ability to navigate change and support organisational transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
• Full Australian work rights, and valid Working with Children's Check (WCC).
