Job summary

Catholic Healthcare Limited is seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner in a hybrid, full-time role in Sydney. You will partner with leaders to deliver expert HR advice, coaching and practical solutions across corporate and Residential Care portfolios, shaping positive people outcomes within a values-led organisation.

You will handle employee relations matters, investigations and change initiatives, while analysing metrics and supporting people planning. NSW travel may be required.

Qualifications

• HRBP experience in large, 24/7 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR practice.
• Ability to coach, consult and influence stakeholders.
• Experience handling employee relations, grievances and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to leaders across corporate and Residential Care portfolios.
• Support complex employee relations matters and investigations, and provide practical recommendations.
• Analyse people metrics and partner with leaders on action plans.
• Lead HR projects and drive policy interpretation and change.
