The University of Sydney is seeking an HR Consultant (Advisory) to provide practical HR guidance across professional and academic client groups. You will work closely with HR Partners and COEs to deliver efficient support and advice in a dynamic university environment.

In this fixed-term, full-time position, you will help operationalise key people and culture initiatives, manage HR projects, and support the employee lifecycle with a solutions-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Significant HR generalist experience in a complex, client-focused environment.
• Strong stakeholder relationship development and maintenance.
• Proven ability to drive projects and end-to-end HR solutions.
• Experience with Workday HRIS and ServiceNow is advantageous.
