The University of Sydney is seeking an HR Consultant (Advisory) to provide practical HR guidance across professional and academic client groups. You will work closely with HR Partners and COEs to deliver efficient support and advice in a dynamic university environment.
In this fixed-term, full-time position, you will help operationalise key people and culture initiatives, manage HR projects, and support the employee lifecycle with a solutions-focused approach.
The HR Consultant (Advisory) provides Human Resource (HR) advice, information, guidance, and support across a range of client groups as required. The role will be reported into the Senior HR Consultant, however, will work closely with HR Partners and COE's to ensure the provision of efficient and effective HR support and advice.
The HR Consulting function is in a period of significant development, striving to achieve an integrated service offering aligned with the university's ambitious workforce planning and organisational design objectives. As a result, we are seeking a proactive and solutions-focused HR Consultant to provide operational advice and support to university leaders and managers, spanning professional and academic client groups.
