Job summary

Randstad HR Partners Sydney is expanding its HR capabilities and seeking an HR Advisor. You will report to an HR Manager and focus on people development, HR processes, and associate services.

The role entails advising staff, maintaining records, onboarding and training, recruitment coordination, and promoting the organisation's values. Ideally you bring experience in a similar HR role, strong organisational skills, and integrity in procedures.

Responsibilities

• Deliver core HR support by guiding staff, managing records, and updating company policies.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, agency communication, prepare employment contracts, and manage onboarding and training.
• Facilitate employee development by coordinating probation, performance, and salary reviews.
• Support Work Health and Safety compliance while analysing workforce data for HR reports.
• Promote and embed the organisation's values across all People & Culture practices.
