Job summary

Borg Property Services is seeking a proactive HR Advisor to support our client sites and Head Office operations. We are a fast-paced, hands-on environment where your initiative and energy are valued.

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will assist recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administration while helping build a positive workplace culture. Experience in facilities/services is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years as a HR Coordinator or Advisor.
• Tertiary level qualification in HR management or related degree.
• Strong knowledge of Awards, IR and employment legislation.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administration.
• Manage employee life cycle and HR processes across sites.
• Maintain HR systems, reporting and workforce insights.
• Provide advice on employment matters within the business.
