Job summary

Navitas is seeking a Senior HR Advisor to support HR Business Partners and leaders across Australasia. You will deliver generalist HR advisory, guide employee relations and performance, and help implement local initiatives aligned with Navitas' HR strategy.

You will liaise with managers to support recruitment, onboarding, payroll changes, and HR documentation while maintaining accurate HR systems and reporting.

Qualifications

• Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
• Experience as a generalist HR adviser supporting diverse stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation, modern awards and enterprise agreements.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Provide broad generalist HR advisory support to leaders across Australasia.
• Advise on employee relations, performance, policies and WHS matters.
• Support workforce management, recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
• Deliver HR administration, payroll changes and documentation.
• Analyse workforce data and contribute to HR initiatives and improvements.
