Responsibilities

• Deliver core HR support by guiding staff, managing records, and updating policies.
• Coordinate recruitment processes, agency communication, prepare employment contracts, and onboarding training.
• Facilitate employee development by coordinating probation, performance, and salary reviews.
• Support Work Health and Safety compliance while analysing workforce data for HR reports.
• Promote and embed the organisation's values across People & Culture practices.
