Job summary

Davidson is partnering with an established Australian business operating in the medical equipment and technical services sector to recruit an HR Advisor. This permanent full-time role is based in Stapylton, just 8 minutes from Beenleigh, and offers the opportunity to do more than day-to-day HR.

You will provide practical advice to managers and employees while helping implement HRIS, develop a performance framework and refine recruitment and onboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Australian HR generalist/HR Advisor.
• Knowledge of the Fair Work Act and National Employment Standards.
• Experience advising managers on employee relations and performance.
• Full lifecycle HR: recruitment, onboarding, documentation & HR administration.
• Proficient with HR systems and technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical HR advice on employee relations, performance, conduct and workplace matters.
• Support managers with interpreting Australian employment legislation and policies.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, probation, changes and offboarding activities.
• Assist in implementing a new HRIS and improving HR systems and reporting.
• Contribute to performance management, policy development and People & Culture projects.
• Build strong relationships with managers and employees across national operations.
