Job summary

Strike Force Services Pty Ltd in Rutherford, NSW, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor to provide practical advisory support across the business. The role emphasises employee relations, performance management, investigations and policy interpretation to keep our people aligned with business needs.

You will coach leaders, contribute to learning and development, and support workers’ compensation and return‑to‑work obligations, helping shape a positive workplace culture and employee experience.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role, you will have tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in a HR Advisor or similar role.
• Strong Employee Relations knowledge and experience managing complex HR matters.
• Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Providing expert advice on employee relations matters, performance management, investigations and workplace issues
• Coaching and supporting leaders on HR best practices
• Assisting with policy development and compliance activities
• Coordinating learning and development programs and initiatives
• Identifying opportunities to improve employee capability and engagement
• Contributing to a positive workplace culture and employee experience
