Job summary

Central Coast Council NSW is seeking an experienced HR professional to join the People and Culture Business Partnering team. You will provide strategic and operational HR advice, case manage disciplinary and performance matters, support workplace investigations, and contribute to workforce planning and change initiatives.

You will work in a hybrid environment with three days onsite and two days from home, and you will partner with employees and leaders to embed new HR systems following recent HR

Qualifications

• Degree qualifications in Human Resources Management, Business Management or a relevant field, or demonstrated contemporary experience in a similar role.
• Experience providing specialist HR advice and support in a large organisation, including interpretation of awards and employment legislation.
• Experience case managing disciplinary, grievance and performance matters in a unionised environment.
