Job summary

Credit Corp Solutions Inc. is seeking a motivated HR Advisor to join our People team in Sydney.

Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide practical HR advice and manage employee relations matters across frontline teams, supporting performance, conduct, grievances and investigations. You will contribute to people initiatives and cyclical HR activities, strengthening employee engagement and overall experience.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a generalist HR, HR Advisory or Employee Relations role.
• Proven ability to manage a broad range of employee relations matters.
• Sound understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Experience contributing to people initiatives such as engagement and development programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad range of employee relations matters, including performance, conduct, probation, absenteeism and workplace concerns, providing end-to-end case management and guidance to leaders.
• Lead grievance, disciplinary, investigation and termination processes, ensuring fair and compliant outcomes.
• Provide expert advice on Awards, employment law, HR policies and procedural fairness requirements.
• Prepare and maintain accurate case records and HR documentation, ensuring confidentiality and data integrity.
• Partner with HR Business Partner to identify trends and support lifecycle activities, remuneration reviews and engagement initiatives.
