Peninsula Australia is seeking an HR/ER Advisor to deliver high-quality, solution‑oriented guidance over the phone and email. You’ll handle queries on disciplinary actions, performance management, workplace investigations and compliance with legislation.

Qualifications

• Deliver high-quality, HR/ER advice over phone and email.
• Ability to address queries on disciplinary actions, performance management and legislation.

• Exposure to Award classifications, Fair Work Act & NES or Enterprise Agreements.
• Clear communication with a commercial, easy-to-understand approach.
• Guide clients through complex workplace relations matters and compliance.
