Retro Traffic is an Australian business seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role across the employee lifecycle. Reporting to the HR & IR Manager, this is a hands-on role covering employee relations, recruitment support, onboarding, performance management, compliance, reporting and engagement.

You will be a key contact for employees and managers, delivering practical HR support and helping ensure a positive, compliant employee experience.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years' experience in an HR Advisor or HR Generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with performance management and onboarding and related HR processes.

Aufgaben

• Act as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR enquiries and provide practical advice on policies, procedures and workplace expectations.
• Support recruitment onboarding, inductions and recruitment administration as required.
• Coordinate onboarding and new starter activities, contracts and variations.
• Maintain HR records, dashboards and reporting to support compliance and decision making.
• Assist with performance management, employee engagement initiatives and disciplinary processes.
