Job summary

OCU Group, a global infrastructure and energy services business, is seeking an HR Advisor to support Australia and New Zealand. The role blends advisory work with HR administration and HRIS duties to keep people processes aligned as the group grows.

You’ll handle employee letters, role changes, promotions, terminations, and contribute to the Dynamics transition, while delivering practical guidance to managers across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Officer/Coordinator prepared to step up.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation.
• Hands-on, flexible with advisory and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR advice to managers and staff in AU/NZ.
• Prepare and process HR documentation including letters and changes.
• Administer HRIS records and support HRIS transitions (Employment Hero, Dynamics).
• Coordinate onboarding from first day to exit and support policy alignment.
• Contribute to HR projects and process improvements.
