Job summary

a&co Recruitment Partners Pty Ltd is seeking an HR Advisor in Australia to join our friendly and collaborative team. You will work closely with employees across all levels, providing advice on HR matters with a focus on performance management and employment legislation.

You will partner with senior leadership, utilise HR metrics, and support projects including Enterprise Agreements and employee relations. This role emphasizes effective communication and stakeholder engagement at the executive

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of HR advisory or business partner experience.
• Strong knowledge of performance management processes.
• Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with executives.
• Experience in an Enterprise Agreement environment is highly desirable.

• Partner with senior leadership and teams across the business, acting as a trusted HR advisor on people-related matters.
• Utilise HR metrics and data to track trends, generate reports, and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Support HR projects, particularly in relation to Enterprise Agreements and employee relations.

Key Criteria

• Minimum 3 years of HR experience, with a strong foundation in HR advisory or business partnering.
• Strong knowledge of performance management processes and the ability to coach and guide managers effectively.
• Solid understanding of the Fair Work Act and employment legislation
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage at the executive level and across the business.
• Experience working in an Enterprise Agreement environment is highly desirable.
