Qualifications

• Experience in HR coordination, advisory, administration or recruitment support.
• Exposure to recruitment processes including interview coordination and pre-employment checks.
• Experience supporting onboarding, inductions and new starter processes.
• Understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle activities.
• Willingness to learn Australian employment practices and use HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple roles and business areas.
• Work with hiring managers on recruitment requirements and job postings.
• Manage interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Support candidate screening and reference checks.
• Prepare employment offers and contracts.
• Coordinate onboarding from offer to start.
• Organise new starter inductions and ensure compliance.
• Set up new hires across systems and processes.
• Deliver a positive candidate and employee experience.
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
• Prepare HR documentation including letters and variations.
• Support lifecycle changes, probation reviews, departures.
• Respond to general queries and escalate complex matters.
• Maintain HR trackers and data reports.
• Support HR compliance, policies and procedures.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
• Provide broader HR support as required.
• Support employee engagement and communications.
• Contribute to events and activities.
