This hands-on role suits an emerging HR professional who enjoys building relationships, coordinating processes and contributing across recruitment, onboarding and records management.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR coordination, advisory or recruitment support.
• Exposure to recruitment processes, including interview coordination and pre-employment checks.
• Experience supporting onboarding and inductions.
• Understanding of HR administration and employee lifecycle activities.
• Knowledge of Australian employment practices.
• Proficient with HR systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment activities across multiple roles and business areas.
• Manage interview scheduling, candidate communication and recruitment admin.
• Support onboarding and new starter processes.
• Maintain accurate HR records and documentation.
• Provide timely HR guidance to employees and managers.
• Assist with HR projects and process improvements.
