Job summary

Hudor Integrated Services is seeking a Human Resource Adviser to deliver end-to-end HR and workplace relations support. The role focuses on recruitment, onboarding, HRIS maintenance, and advising management on workplace relations to ensure compliance across Hudor’s multi-site operations.

The successful candidate will arrange advertising, coordinate interviews, maintain records, and guide on terms and conditions of employment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s qualification in Business, Human Resources, Industrial Relations or a related field.
• At least 1 year of HR/workplace relations experience.
• Experience using HRIS, rostering platforms or payroll/HR workflows.

Responsibilities

• Arrange advertising of job vacancies, coordinate interviewing and testing of applicants, and support selection of staff.
• Maintain personnel records and HR information systems (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide advice and information to management on workplace relations policies and procedures, staff performance and disciplinary matters.
• Arrange the induction of staff and provide information on conditions of service, salaries and promotional opportunities.
• Receive and record job vacancy information from managers, including job descriptions, wages and conditions of employment.
• Provide information on current job vacancies within the organisation to managers and prospective candidates as required.
• Undertake negotiations on terms and conditions of employment and assist with examining and resolving disputes and grievances.
• Study and interpret relevant legislation, awards, collective agreements and employment contracts, wage payment systems and dispute settlement procedures.
• Contribute to developing, planning and formulating enterprise agreements or collective arrangements (where applicable), including workplace relations policies, programs and implementation procedures.
• Support the formation and conduct of workplace consultative committees and employee participation initiatives (where applicable).
