What You'll Be Doing

Coordinating recruitment activities, including advertising roles, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates and conducting pre-employment checks.

Delivering a seamless onboarding experience and helping new team members hit the ground running from day one.

Preparing employment contracts, letters and HR documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.

Maintaining employee records and HR systems to ensure information is accurate, current and secure.

Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries and providing support to employees and leaders across the business.

Assisting employees with Employment Hero and helping to make HR processes easy to navigate.

Monitoring key compliance activities including probation reviews, work rights, training requirements and employee documentation.

Building strong relationships across both office and production environments.

Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve the efficiency of HR administration.

What Impact You'll Have

Help ensure our HR operations run efficiently, accurately and compliantly.

Build trusted relationships with employees and leaders across the business.

Support the attraction and retention of great people.

Bring fresh ideas that improve how we work and support our teams.

Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture.

What We're Looking For

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

Previous experience in an HR Administration or support role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.

Strong administration skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Exposure to recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration (highly regarded).

Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Experience using HRIS platforms (Employment Hero experience highly regarded).

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel.

A proactive mindset and a desire to continuously improve processes and ways of working.

What We Offer

A supportive team that genuinely cares about people and collaboration.

Competitive salary package, including 2 RDOs per year.

The opportunity to build broad HR experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, compliance and people operations.

Exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment where no two days are the same.

Mentorship and development from experienced HR professionals.

The chance to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives and projects.

A role where your ideas, initiative and contributions are valued.

The opportunity to make a real impact on our people and culture.

Interested?

If you're looking for an opportunity to grow your HR career, gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle, and make a genuine impact in a people-focused organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
