  • Maintaining employee records and HR systems to ensure information is accurate, current and secure.
  • Acting as a first point of contact for HR queries and providing support to employees and leaders across the business.
  • Assisting employees with Employment Hero and helping to make HR processes easy to navigate.
  • Monitoring key compliance activities including probation reviews, work rights, training requirements and employee documentation.

  • Help ensure our HR operations run efficiently, accurately and compliantly.
  • Build trusted relationships with employees and leaders across the business.
  • Support the attraction and retention of great people.
  • Bring fresh ideas that improve how we work and support our teams.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive and high‑performing workplace culture.
What We're Looking For
  • A qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Previous experience in an HR Administration or support role, preferably in a manufacturing or similar environment.
  • Strong administration skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Exposure to recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration (highly regarded).
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Competitive salary package, including 2 RDOs per year.
  • The opportunity to build broad HR experience across recruitment, onboarding, HR systems, compliance and people operations.
  • Exposure to a dynamic manufacturing environment where no two days are the same.
  • Mentorship and development from experienced HR professionals.
  • The chance to contribute to meaningful HR initiatives and projects.
  • A role where your ideas, initiative and contributions are valued.
  • The opportunity to make a real impact on our people and culture.
