u&u Recruitment Partners is seeking an HR Coordinator/HR Administrator to join a supportive HR team in Brisbane. You will handle day-to-day employee lifecycle coordination, onboarding, contracts, HRIS transactions, and employee records with accuracy and discretion.
Working closely with stakeholders, you’ll help improve processes, respond to HR queries, and support reporting and compliance activities while learning across a broad range of HR functions in a collaborative environment.
This is a great opportunity for an HR Coordinator or ambitious HR Administrator to join a supportive HR team and play an important role in keeping the day-to-day employee lifecycle running smoothly. Working closely with the broader HR team and key stakeholders across the business, you’ll provide hands‑on coordination and administration across recruitment, onboarding, employee records, HR systems and general HR processes. You’ll be someone who enjoys being across the detail, but also looks for ways to make things easier, more efficient and a better experience for employees and managers.
You’ll ideally have around two years’ experience in an HR Administration or HR Coordinator role, with a good understanding of the employee lifecycle and the confidence to work across a broad range of HR activities. You’ll be organised and detail-focused, but just as importantly, you’ll bring initiative and curiosity - someone who doesn’t simply wait to be told what to do, asks questions when something doesn’t make sense and naturally thinks one step ahead.
