Chandler Macleod is seeking an HR Administrator for a 6-month temporary assignment in Australia. The role offers $47 per hour plus super and supports development within a busy HR Shared Services function.

You will coordinate onboarding documents, maintain employee records, and liaise with staff and hiring managers to ensure timely information flow. Flexible working arrangements may apply for the right candidate.

Competenze

• Previous administration experience in HR, recruitment, onboarding or related field.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach and willingness to assist others.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgement.

Mansioni

• Coordinate administrative activities relating to contractor-to-permanent employee conversions.
• Liaise with employees, candidates and internal stakeholders to obtain required information and documentation.
• Prepare and coordinate employment documentation and letters of offer.
• Maintain accurate employee records within HR systems and associated platforms.
• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Monitor outstanding actions and ensure timely follow-up.
• Provide administrative support to the wider HR team as needed.
• Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
