Qualifications

• Senior HR Officer or equivalent with hands-on HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of Australian employment law, Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
• Experience handling complex employee relations and investigations.
• Strong stakeholder management and coaching skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation.
• Manage complex employee relations and investigations.
• Coach and support leaders in HR management and best practice.
• Provide compliant HR advice per employment legislation and policies.
• Support WHS initiatives including risk assessments and action plans.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders across operations.
