Department of Families, Fairness & Housing VIC – Ballarat VIC is seeking a Housing Team Manager to oversee the operational, planning, coordination and delivery of quality housing services across the Central Highlands Area. The role provides leadership to the Housing team, drives tenancy sustainment and vacancy reduction, and supports early intervention strategies to assist at-risk tenancies.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team in providing authoritative and expert advice aligned with organisational goals and values.
• Manage the allocation of resources within the work area to achieve service delivery goals.
• Effectively supervise and provide leadership to a team of employees by guiding individuals to reach potential and contributing to organisational outcomes and values.
• Proactively building and maintaining positive relationships with peers and stakeholders across the organisation.
