Zusammenfassung

NSW Department of Communities and Justice (AHO) seeks a Maintenance Project Officer to support planning, delivery and improvement of repairs, maintenance and upgrades across the Aboriginal Housing portfolio.

You will coordinate projects, monitor contractor performance, manage risks and WHS obligations, oversee budgets and reporting, and engage with Aboriginal tenants and stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Experience coordinating maintenance, construction or asset projects.
• Experience monitoring contractor performance and project risks.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance in maintenance environments.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with Aboriginal communities and organisations.

• Coordinate maintenance, upgrade and property improvement programs.
• Monitor progress, budgets, contractor performance and risks.
• Develop project plans, schedules and reporting frameworks.
• Engage with tenants, communities and stakeholders for outcomes.
