Job summary

Discovery Parks Onslow, part of the G’day Group, is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team across guest rooms and public areas. You will oversee daily operations, enforce standards, and ensure guest satisfaction through attention to detail and proactive leadership.

This role requires prior supervisory experience, knowledge of cleaning techniques and safety, and the ability to work across a 7-day roster.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster.
• A current valid drivers license is essential.

The Role
