Job summary

G’day Group’s Discovery Parks Onslow is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team and maintain high standards of cleanliness for guest accommodations and public areas.

You will oversee daily housekeeping activities, inspect rooms, manage supplies, and collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster.
• A current valid driver's license is essential.

The Role

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
