Discovery Parks Onslow is seeking a proactive Housekeeping Supervisor to lead the housekeeping team, ensure rooms and public areas meet high standards, and coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.

The role emphasizes leadership, attention to detail, and effective organization across a 7-day roster, with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential.
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
• Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster.
• A current valid driver's license is essential.

The Role

Key Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
