Job summary

G'day Group is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Onslow WA housekeeping team and ensure accommodation, amenities and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards. This hands-on role coordinates daily operations, supports team members, and delivers an exceptional guest experience.

Ideally you have previous housekeeping leadership experience, a keen eye for detail, and excellent communication and organisational skills, with flexibility for weekends

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality preferred.
• Experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong attention to detail and high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible for weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Current driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members.

• Prepare and present rooms and facilities to standards.
• Manage supplies, linen inventory, and ordering.

• Report maintenance issues and follow up for timely resolution.
• Maintain records, checklists, and housekeeping reports.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Onslow WA housekeeping team and ensure all accommodation, amenities, and public areas of the park are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and order. This hands‑on leadership role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members.
• Allocate daily cleaning schedules and monitor workflow efficiency.
• Conduct inspections of accommodation units, amenities, and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
• Ensure all rooms and facilities are prepared and presented to company standards.
• Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and ordering requirements.
• Monitor safe work practices and ensure compliance with workplace health and safety procedures.
• Address guest requests and resolve housekeeping‑related issues promptly and professionally.
• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties during busy periods.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, checklists, and housekeeping reports.
