Job summary

G'day Group in Onslow, WA is seeking an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our park housekeeping team and ensure all accommodation, amenities, and public areas meet the highest cleanliness and presentation standards.

You will coordinate daily operations, train and support staff, inspect rooms, manage supplies, and address guest requests to deliver an outstanding guest experience while adhering to safety practices and company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Proven experience leading or supervising a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible approach to working weekends, public holidays, and peak periods.
• Knowledge of workplace health and safety practices.
• Current driver's license.

• Lead by example and assist with cleaning duties during busy periods.
• Report maintenance issues and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records, checklists, and housekeeping reports.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our Onslow WA housekeeping team and ensure all accommodation, amenities, and public areas of the park are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and order. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating daily operations, supporting team members, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Key Responsibilities Will Include, But Are Not Limited To

• Supervise, train, and support housekeeping team members.


• Allocate daily cleaning schedules and monitor workflow efficiency.


• Conduct inspections of accommodation units, amenities, and public areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
