Job summary

Discovery Parks Onslow is seeking a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our busy team and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest standards. You will drive cleanliness, safety and guest satisfaction across the property in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee daily housekeeping activities, conduct pre-arrival inspections, manage supplies, and collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless guest experiences while upholding ESG commitments and a 7‑day roster.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role is essential
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Flexibility to work across a 7 day roster
• A current valid drivers license is essential

The Role

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
