Nucleus International Recruitment – Port Douglas QLD is recruiting on behalf of Sheraton for a Housekeeping Supervisor. This permanent, full-time role supports the Housekeeping Manager and leads a team to deliver consistent 5-star room and public area presentation in a luxury hotel environment.

Support the Housekeeping Manager in the daily operations of the housekeeping department Lead, train and mentor housekeeping associates to deliver consistent 5-star room and public area presentation Ensure team compliance with grooming, uniform and operational standards

Conduct room and area inspections, ensuring all spaces meet Sheraton’s luxury expectations Manage stock levels, amenities and equipment, maintaining organised supply areas Assist with rosters, productivity targets, and general administrative duties
