Sheraton Port Douglas is seeking a Reservations & Rooms Control Agent to handle guest calls, manage bookings and coordinate with hotel departments to deliver exceptional service.

You will analyse guest requests, update reservations, and build relationships to encourage repeat bookings, while contributing to a supportive team in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Strong communication skills in written and verbal form.
• Experience in reservations or hospitality is preferred.
• Working rights in Australia required. The role is non-management.

Responsabilidades

• Handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect to each department as appropriate.
• Analyse and update all guest requests, creating meaningful guest experiences tailored to the guests' requirements.
• Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or guest orders.
• Assist and coordinate guest bookings, engaging with them to exceed expectations.
• Build and strengthen relationships with guests to encourage future bookings.
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver service excellence in every guest experience.
• Complete reservation administration tasks and provide general team support.

Position Summary:

• Handle all incoming calls into the hotel and redirect to each department as appropriate
• Analyse and update all guest requests, creating meaningful guest experiences that are tailored to the guests requirements
• Responsible for handling all hotel outlet reservations or guest orders
• Assist and coordinate guest bookings, engaging with them and exceeding their expectations
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new guests through engaging experiences and thoughtful service, enabling future bookings
• Liase with other departments to deliver service excellence with each customer experience
• Complete reservation administration tasks and offer general support to the team
