Job summary

Discovery Parks Byron Bay is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to bring strong leadership, structure, and continuous improvement to our team on site at Byron Bay. The role focuses on establishing cleaning standards, overseeing rostering and budgets, and driving safety and efficiency across the park’s housekeeping operations.

The successful candidate will lead a large team, implement policies, and elevate guest experiences while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety in a busy park

• Proven experience in housekeeping management is essential.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Ability to implement policies and maintain high standards.
• A calm and confident approach to managing large teams.
• Passion for structure, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
