Job summary

G’day Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily operations across our property portfolio. You will supervise housekeeping staff, inspect rooms and public areas, and train teams to uphold high cleanliness and presentation standards.

The successful candidate will bring strong leadership, meticulous attention to detail, and solid knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety. A current driver’s license and RMS experience are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping Supervisor role
• Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and safety standards
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions based on priorities and guest needs
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping management software
• Current valid driver’s license
• Experience with RMS is a plus

The Role

Key Responsibilities Will Include But Are Not Limited To

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
