G'day Group is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily housekeeping operations at our resorts. You will inspect guest rooms and public spaces, train staff, and ensure high cleanliness and presentation standards to deliver an outstanding guest experience.

Ideal candidates will have proven leadership, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage supplies while complying with health and safety standards. Weekend and holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Housekeeping Supervisor is essential.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment and safety standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise guest needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and housekeeping software.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
• Current valid driver's license required.

The Role

Key Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure they meet cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Train, and support the housekeeping team, fostering a positive team culture
• Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory, ensuring that all areas are adequately stocked.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for creating a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.
