The Star Sydney is seeking a Bar Attendant to craft drinks and provide memorable experiences in a fast-paced, high-energy setting. You will mix cocktails with flair, deliver friendly service, and support multiple venues including Jade Rabbit, Latitude, and the Sports Bar.

Our venues hiring:

Jade Rabbit – Inspired by the legendary guardian of the moon, Jade Rabbit offers a welcoming space to gather, relax and enjoy handcrafted drinks in a warm and inviting atmosphere.

Latitude – Nightlife, entertainment, and world class casino at your doorstep. Latitude bar services our Main Gaming Floor.

Sports Bar – Our hub for all mega sporting events. All your pub favourites, bar and entertainment lineups weekly, and over 50 LCD TVS.

Based on your skills and availability you will be considered for one of our venues.

This is a fantastic opportunity where you will take good care of our guests by providing an exceptional service in a fast paced, high-energy environment.

A few of your responsibilities:

• Take and prepare drink orders quickly and accurately through promptly taking customer orders and crafting beverages with precision following standard recipes and portions
• Maintain knowledge of beverage menu offerings and mixology
• Uphold cleanliness and organisation standards in the bar area, maintaining a well-stocked bar space by properly cleaning and storing glassware, tools, and supplies throughout your shift
• Deliver friendly, efficient service to all guests and provide a high level of customer service to create an exceptional experience
• Adhere to health, safety, and liquor service protocols by following all food safety rules, responsible service of alcohol guidelines, and other policies and procedures
