Job summary

A small family owned and operated hotel group is seeking an experienced Hotel Manager/Duty Manager to join the team in Sutherland. The role may be full-time, part-time or casual, with availability required for nights and weekends.

You will work closely with the Licensee to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while upholding the highest standards of customer service. The successful candidate will bring hotel management or supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a passion for developing

Qualifications

Proven success in a Hotel role.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a hotel management or supervisory role.
Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.
Sound negotiation and complaint handling skills.
Strong experience in gaming.
Strong leadership and culture building skills.
A passion for leading and developing people.
An ability to have fun while achieving targets.
RSA & ARCG required.
Be available Nights & Weekends.
Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations with the Licensee to ensure smooth venue operations.
Maintain highest standards of customer service.
Lead and develop hotel staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with licensing and safety requirements.
