Dicey Riley’s Hotel in Wollongong is seeking a hands-on hotel manager to join the management team. You will lead day-to-day operations, supervise staff, coordinate rostering, and ensure outstanding guest experiences in a busy hospitality venue.

Ideal candidates bring strong hospitality know-how, experience with stock control, staff training, and a willingness to work weekends and nights to keep the venue running smoothly.

Qualificações

• Advanced HR skills in communicating, correcting and motivating staff.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Experience with stock management and ordering processes.
• Experience with rostering and staff management.
• Ability to run busy shifts on key nights and manage staff and security.
• Willingness to work weekends and night shifts; day and night split.

Ideally coming from a big group background but looking for a refreshing hospitality change with less beauracracy and more customer focused and boots on the ground operations.
