Job summary

JDA Collective seeks an experienced Hotel/Pub Duty Manager for the General Gordon Hotel in Sydney's inner west. The role requires strong leadership, a passion for hospitality, and a track record in high-standard service within a busy hotel venue.

Responsibilities include overseeing operations, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with liquor and gaming regulations while driving events and marketing initiatives to boost guest experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years' experience in food and beverage management in a high calibre hotel venue.
• Strong understanding of gaming and TAB facilities.
• Maintain a high standard of service to all patrons, with compliance to policies and regulations.
• ARCG is a must with Gaming experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hotel operations on designated shifts.
• Complete all cash reconciliations accurately and timely.
• Proactively supervise staff with clear direction and promote a harmonious team.
• Be involved in events and implement marketing ideas.
• Be flexible for a rotating roster including nights and weekends.
• Ensure compliance with Liquor Act and Gaming Machines Act.
