Red Migration is recruiting a capable Hotel Manager for a long-term role with an established NSW hotel. The position requires hands-on leadership, guest support, and coordinating staff and contractors to ensure smooth daily operations.

Based in Gosford, you will manage the daily running of the hotel, supervise teams, handle maintenance issues, and maintain a safe, welcoming environment. Visa sponsorship is available for suitable candidates.

We are recruiting a capable and energetic Hotel Manager for a long-term opportunity with an established hotel in NSW.This role suits someone who is comfortable getting out from behind the desk and taking a practical approach to managing the property. From assisting guests and coordinating staff to dealing with contractors and handling maintenance issues, no two days will be the same.
