BuildRight Construction AU is seeking an experienced hotel manager to oversee all daily operations in NSW. This role goes beyond office duties, requiring ownership, problem solving, guest and staff support, and hands-on involvement across the operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in hotel management, hospitality management or a similar role.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
• A proactive and practical approach to work.
• Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence dealing with guests, staff and external stakeholders.
• Basic maintenance or handyman skills are preferred.
• Resilience, adaptability and a positive attitude.
• Open to relocation within NSW.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily hotel operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Interact professionally with guests and respond to their needs.
• Coordinate staff, suppliers and contractors.
• Communicate with relevant external authorities when required.
• Handle operational challenges and resolve issues efficiently.
• Maintain high standards across the property.
• Assist with basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Support contractors and monitor repair requirements.
• Takeresponsibility for practical day-to-day problem solving.
