Job summary

Mercure Perth on Hay is seeking a Maintenance Manager to keep our 127-room hotel in top shape. You will lead a small team, manage planned maintenance, and oversee building systems to ensure a safe, efficient guest experience.

Work closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership. Required license certification and experience in hotel maintenance; flexibility with shifts. Join a dynamic Accor property in Perth.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining hotel facilities and fixed plant systems.
• Relevant license certification.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and ability to work in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building, plant and equipment to a safe, functional standard.
• Lead a small maintenance team and coordinate with the General Manager and leadership team.
• Plan, schedule and execute maintenance projects and daily tasks.
