Job summary

Accor's Mercure Perth on Hay is seeking a dedicated Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead Hop & Huddle Bar & Eatery, a vibrant on-site venue at the 127-room Mercure Perth on Hay in the heart of Perth.

You will drive guest experience across breakfast, lunch and dinner, recruit and train team members, and ensure service excellence. RSA and Approved Manager credentials are essential, with flexibility to work nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience
• Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment
• Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise
• Leadership qualities, with the ability to extend yourself to assisting your colleagues where needed, maintaining high levels of communication with the Kitchen and Front Office teams
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager - essential
• Flexible with hours - able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Barista or cocktail experience is a bonus!
