Mercure Perth on Hay is looking for a Full Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our team on-site in Perth. The role emphasizes on-floor leadership, delivering top-tier service, and maintaining a welcoming dining and bar experience.

The successful candidate will lead the F&B team, ensure smooth service during breakfast, lunch and dinner, and exemplify the HEARTIST ethos while supporting colleagues across shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have prior hospitality or F&B supervisory experience.
• Focus on guest satisfaction and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated leadership and communication with Kitchen and Front Office teams.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification and Approved Manager status are essential.

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor You Will

• Lead with exceptional Guest Experience, ensuring our visitors and guests have a memorable and wonderful stay and great dining experience.
• Provide leadership for your team and lead by example when offering efficient service across breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Recruit, train and welcome new F&B team members and encourage them to live the HEARTIST way.

Qualifications

• Previous hospitality or F&B supervisory experience
• Guest obsessed focus with the ability to flex in a fast paced and ever-changing environment.
• Ability to navigate through change and provide quick thinking solutions should problems arise.
• Leadership qualities, with the ability to extend yourself to assisting your colleagues where needed, maintaining high levels of communication with the Kitchen and Front Office teams.
• RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) and Approved Manager – essential
• Flexible with hours – able to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
• Barista or cocktail experience is a bonus!
