Job summary

Accor’s Tribe Perth property is seeking a hands-on Handyperson to maintain all rooms and facilities, ensuring a safe, clean and welcoming environment for guests. You will perform routine repairs, liaise with guests and contractors, and contribute to a smooth, high-standard guest experience.

You will work with a diverse operations team, handle various trades, and participate in preventative maintenance tasks to keep the property in excellent condition at all times.

Qualifications

• Experience in general building maintenance and repairs.
• Ability to diagnose issues and implement practical solutions.
• Excellent communication with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain rooms, amenities and communal spaces in excellent condition.
• Collaborate with a diverse team and work independently when needed.
• Tackle maintenance tasks and preventative maintenance projects as required.
• Identify and address issues before they escalate.
