Job summary

Accor Mercure in Western Australia is seeking an experienced maintenance supervisor to lead a small team responsible for the upkeep of our hotel’s building, plant and equipment. You will work closely with the General Manager and hotel leadership on daily maintenance needs and project work to keep our environment safe, functional and welcoming for guests and staff.

The role requires hands-on maintenance knowledge, a relevant license, and the ability to adapt shifts.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance of hotels, fixed plant and equipment systems.
• Licenced certification relevant to maintenance.
• Knowledge of preventive, predictive and reactive maintenance strategies.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work as part of a small team.
• Self-motivated, punctual and reliable.
• Able to accommodate flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Maintain building, plant, equipment, fixtures and fittings to ensure safety and functionality.
• Manage a small maintenance team and coordinate with hotel leadership on daily needs and projects.
